I am for fixed pilots and long handrails. I spoke with Atlas and was told the pickup rollers were not to be included. I always buy the MTH 2 rail models if available. This time I backed away. Maybe that was a mistake. I was thinking I could fix the pilot with a spacer and a kadee if I had to. I was wondering if the ladders that are attached to the trucks will be attached to the underside of the body on a 2 rail model.

Uh oh... This may put a damper on my plan, as I don't really need any of these units.
