I would buy 0 TIU and 0 DCS Remote.

I run Legacy and DCS with a WIU as well. I find myself using my iPhone or iPad more and more for running my trains, and I'm an old school guy. I still use a PostWar 275W ZW to power the yards section. I have Powerhouse 180's for the mains.
