Pretty sure it's a pipe dream. I plan on using LCS to control the layout, but not locomotives. I have half a dozen remotes for the Legacy, either CAB2 or CAB1L, those will be controlling trains.

I think the fact that LCS is the "Layout Control System" is key, controlling locomotives with my phone has never been my first thought.
