Are there really JIS screws & drivers now?

Thanks to tips from this forum, when I had trouble with a screw camming out on a train car, I ordered a set of what Amazon said are JIS screwdrivers (Hozan D-550-100, D-555-100, D-540-100 and D-530-75).  They worked where my old Phillips head screwdrivers did not, so I did not follow up.  A bike mechanic told me JIS screwdrivers are no longer made, so I did some research, starting with the label on the screwdrivers (which do not say JIS) and the Hozan website.  Hozan calls these Phillips screwdrivers and not JIS - see their website. https://www.hozan.co.jp/E/cata...tools/D-530_555.html

A motorcycle website did some research on this and says they are confused but it looks like JIS screwdrivers are no longer made.  https://www.webbikeworld.com/h...screwdrivers-review/

Can anyone clarify?  Maybe someone from a train company knows more.
