Yes, you can still buy JIS screwdrivers. You just need to drill down in Google, etc,, to find a supplier.

I love JIS screws. There is more flat are the flatter sided JIS screwdriver makes contact with. Prevent the destruction or "camming out" of standard Phillips screw head which has a bit more curve
