Moody's are very good; I gave a set to each of the guys in our train group about a year ago. Also I have found that Wiha Pozidriv screwdrivers work very well on JIS screws. I have found Wiha numbers PZ1x80 and PZ0x60 have served all my needs.

Pozidriv is an entirely different bag of potatoes. Russet actually. Pozidriv has a different head on the driver that while it may work, isn't correct and again may damage the slots on the screw. See attached picture if you want to enjoy a stroke.

 EDIT: UNPOPULAR OPINION - we should all be using Torx, Hex or Robertson. They are the best. Period. Don't tell me why I'm wrong, I won't listen.
