I used wood posts anchored to the ceiling and track base, which I eventually replaced with miniature turned posts. Any type of support from the ceiling to the base will work, as long as it is anchored to a ceiling joist. I don't think I would trust toggles in just the sheetrock. In my situation, the floor above is storage above the covered patio of my workshop, so I used 1/8" threaded rod from the ceiling to the floor in the attic, which I counter sunk into the flooring.
