Me too! I hated when the SW-1 tooling went to Lionel. They have no intention of doing anything in 2 rail at this time. Atlas considered doing the S-2 in 2 rail, but the retooling was more extensive/expensive than they wanted to do at this point. Not to mention that the S-2 would be have been vertical shaft motors, which some 2 railers would whine about. The demand for a 2 rail switcher is pretty large, but getting it done is another thing. And the what RR's? everyone wants something different.
