ATLAS 6921 Pratt Truss Bridge--Double Track

I bought it from a private seller and cannot use it. All pieces are in place, I only removed everything to attempt to work with the deck to fit into my gate. I can't make it work. Instructions are also in the box. It has never been assembled. Many pieces still on the sprues. I'm heartbroken because it is a spectacular bridge.
