Low cost manufacturing was moving out of China to Viet Nam and other places. Besides the owner of this critical plant probably got a big order to make magazines for their assault rifles.
If you read what I posted previously, the owner of the factory in question (Affatech), retired. His family/kids did NOT have any interest in running the business.
