Im sorry but where are you deducing this from? The O.P. clearly states;

"Almost all items offered in 2-Rail and 3-Rail versions.

Expected ship dates in 2Q2022"

There is a 3 rail version [which is hi rail] and a 2 rail version [for scale 2 rail].
