Atlas O coupler height

How can the coupler height on Atlas O modern freight cars be lowered? I have a Kadee height gauge and my Trinity 5161 covered hoppers, 60' high cube boxcars and other cars are too high. It looks like I need these lowered by 2 millimeters.

Any help would be appreciated.
