Thanks @Keith Crook 020419! I thought I was going nutz crazy . I am pretty sure that the instructions are still not updated. Figure 4 refers to a screw to remove the motor cover, however no such screw exists.

I am kind of surprised that the instructions don't have a revision number of print date.
