I posted a very short video on YouTube back in 2012 showing the operation of the O-gauge TurnTable.

It's called Oreo's First Ride on the Railroad.

You can get a very good idea of how it works and it is carrying approx. a 10 lb. UNBALANCED load.

The table did have a problem, but Atlas sent me a few new parts and that solved the problem.
