Atlas Zephyr Cars

Atlas has again delayed the shipping date of the next two Zephyr cars (Observation & sleeper) until 4th quarter. I am very discouraged by Atlas. I thought originally Atlas said they would take 18 months to get the cars out and now it is what, 3+ years? I wonder why Sunset/3rdRail doesn't seem to have these same delays. I assume (bad word) that Atlas' size as compared to Sunset would dictate some sense of urgency on the part of the Chinese but they don't care. I have asked Atlas to give us some idea of the cost difference between manufacture in the US and China. We have to wait and see.
