Atlas does have 'Unloading' rails that fit Atlas-O track - #6097 Accessory Rails. They are a separate purchase item and require a separate piece of Atlas-O 10" straight track. As far as I know they can not be used in combination with the Atlas 'Uncoupling' track section to make a single piece (UTS type) of track similar to what other manufacturers make (such as the Gargraves UTS track shown above).
