Wow, you're right. I just checked the pair shown in the initial photo, and although the flanges are smaller (and therefore "2 rail") they are indeed NOT insulated. disapp

That's not a deal breaker, as I'm sure I will find something to put these on, but it's good to know for future reference. Thanks for pointing that out. thumb
