Reply to "Automobiles/ Trucks 1/43-1/50 scale let’s see them"

You guys crack me up...thanks for the comments!

Dallas and Artie, there's are few brands mixed in above...most of the figures standing by the pallets and nearby are "American Diorama."  They have a limited number of 1/43 and are sold in packages of two. The gal sitting on the pallet and the two gals sitting on the back of the "Benz" convertible are metal and the brand is "Omen" from England.  They have a webpage up with some great figures, between the difference in currency (US dollar to GBP) and the shipping. they've become even more expensive.  I got lucky on mine having bought at a train show several years ago.  The character sitting on the dumpster taking a swig and the pizza guy are "Arttista."  There are some "off shore" figures mixed in too...actually, they're pretty good for the price!

Ted, that's a great idea...there may be a Friday night "keg party" in the future down by the trailer camp  I haven't re-painted any figures recently, but i may give that a try again some day.  I tried painting from scratch a few years ago and put down the brush after not be satisfied with the results...sort of like tossing the golf clubs, if you know what i mean...lol!

Mike, some of those guys must have trust funds, especially the "Jag" guys!  If you noticed, those two drivers seem to be set for the evening...especially the driver of the green "Jag" toward the back.  She appears ready to hit the road..  The gals from North and South Main on the layout are always willing to make fashion suggestions as needed...
