To change or add an Avatar...

Mouse over your name in the upper right corner of the screen
Click on "YOUR PROFILE"
On the next screen that comes up, click on "Edit Profile"
Scroll down and you'll see the Avatar section of your profile.

Note this excerpt from the OGR Forum Terms of Service:

Please make sure that, if you choose use an avatar, it is a recognizable image of YOU. Please ensure that the photo is square (the same dimension horizontally and vertically) and that it is no more than 300 pixels on a side. Avatars that do not adhere to these standards will be deleted.
