It does sound like phasing. Reverse one of the transformer plugs in the socket. Both transformers also need to be set at the same voltage when transitioning. Also both 'U' posts need to be outside rail. Are you phasing both A throttle to A throttle and B to B? If you are using KW's, why not use A and B for each loop instead of 2 KW's?
