Hey 3 Rail 2

Did you use white glue or mat medium? Also, I was told that granite has metal in it and is a potential hazard for the trains. Is that true and have you had any problems?

Hello TrainHead. I use good old Elmers white glue...."Glu-All". I thin it 50% with distilled water (water from my dehumidifier) and a few drops of dish washing detergent. As far as the granite...I purchased all of mine from Dennis Brennen. He has been selling it for a long time and I never heard any issues with metal particles. I am sure his process of manufacture includes a pass thru with a magnet. Hope that helps.
