Ok,

I will ask one more time - are there any of  those Atlas special run "Welsville Adison and Galliton" single sheathed box cars left somewhere in the shop? I would like to get my hands on one!!

DSCN1365Richard,

I do believe all Barry's Atlas Primer O Gauge,  Wellsville, Addison & Galeton (WAG) Box Cars are gone now, however Barry had some stuff stored away that did not appear in his on line store.   I can't seem to get an answer at the store and the on line e-bay store is down now also.  I just picked up the older Weaver O Gauge WAG Box Cars pictured above, this last month, very tough to find now.    Both the Atlas & Weaver WAG box cars are now going for over $64.95. Richard the Public Delivery Web sight has one Atlas Premier Steam Era WAG Box Car left, at a cost of $64.95, if you want to purchase it.

Merry Christmas

Thanks Dave,

I had the Crown / Weaver version of the WAG single sheathed box car, and sold it off a while back. I was hoping Atlas would release one. The Atlas single sheathed box cars really detailed, and one of my favorite freight cars.  I did not notice Barry's version of this car until it was too late.

I will look at the PDT site and see what they have, but I suspect it will be the Atlas Steam Era Classic steel rebuilt version. I have one of those.

I have posted "wanted to buy" posts on the forum with no luck. If I can get my hands on an undecorated Atlas single sheathed box car (I did find two of them in Nashville last December, but they turned into an IC and a Tennessee Central single sheathed box car), I have a friend who can paint and letter me a WAG box car.

Thanks and Merry Christmas to you also.

Richard
