Best glue for use on pink foam?

Getting ready to finish my layout board and plan to put some 2" rigid pink insulation board down between the tracks and the plywood to deaden the sound and also to allow me to carve a river into my layout. What's the best glue to use for adhering the pink foam to plywood and also to itself for tunnel building? I know some adhesives can cause foam to disintegrate. I do need to adhere it to the plywood since this board will be stored upright when not in use.
