Reply to "Best way to fasten QB?"

I too am a QuietBrace user, and it is what I have on my present layout (link below).

As Alan said, it really doesn't require fastening. However, if the QB pieces are small, I found it convenient to fasten them down with two 1" nails at opposite corners or sides to keep them from shifting during track installation, etc.

How are you cutting it, BTW? I used a box cutter knife for the straight cuts, and a knife-edge blade on my scroll saw for curves and for angled-edge cuts to resemble roadbed.
