I saw this system operating at a train show here in Australia. As well as the bicycles and vehicles on land, the Australian reseller had built a lake with sailing boats and power boats towing water skiers. Sadly the system does not seem to be made in O scale. However placement at the back of a layout might work with forced perspective. You can find instructional videos on YouTube by searching MAGNORAILOZ. I think the system comes from the Netherlands.
