I once read that O-scale is primarily a U.S. thing.  Per their website, Magnorail does not even have a U.S. distributor!

I figure their designs might be in an electronic format that can be readily translated to 1:48 scale for 3-D printing.  Perhaps some entrepreneur could cut some deal with them and own the U.S. market.
