I believe Rod is correct. Do what he stated then do the reprogram that John outlined.

I have run into this and the cause was the heater making slight contact with the wall of the smoke bowl. The check for this is take your continuity meter and put one probe on any heater pad on the PCB then put the other on the bowl. If you have continuity, that is your problem.
