I think I saw the 2 amp board is $95. $150 is for the 5-amp with the external antenna ($140 integrated). I guess it depends on how much amperage your loco draws.

And I don't think you would typically add a DCC decoder plus a Sound board. I think most users would add a DCC sound decoder (that does whatever you need it to do).
