Bluerail Trains Circuit Board Questions

I have been reading the Bluerail threads here on the forum and trying to navigate their website. I have two o gauge candidates with DC can motors that I am looking to purchase boards for installation. This has raised a few more questions such as:

1.Who/What is Tam Valley?

2. Who/What is deadrailinstalls.com?

3. Are they both part of Bluerail? Partners of Bluerail?

4. Can you still get the original blue horse board? If not, is the only option the Tam Valley DCC board? I do not need DCC.

5. Do the Tam Valley boards have the accessory control for lighting, etc. similar to the original blue horse board?
