BOXCAR DOOR HARDWARE???

I have a few Seaboard PS1 boxcars that I had to make new doors for.  I bought some PSC Youngstown and Superior door hardware, but realized some/most of the SAL PS1 cars used something completely different:

I've had a difficult time identifying this but spotted what I think is the actual hardware in the Railway Prototype Cyclopedia #13.  #13 featured the SAL "Turtle-Back (round roof) cars, but they used Camel fixtures.  However, #13 also featrues the Milwaukee Road Ribbed-Side cars and the drawings for these cars shows the same type of fixtures as on the SAL photo above.  They call it out as nothing more than a "Handle with Automatic Take-Up" and "Opening, Closing, and Locking Mechanism".  Some of the captions identify this type of fixture as "Creco" door fixtures.

Are these Creco and if so, who makes them in O scale?
