If you had a puller then getting the flywheel and magnet might make sense. Having to buy a puller plus the repair parts (don't forget shipping) gets you close to just going for a Cruise M. With the Cruise M you can forget about broken magnets in the future.

BTW Frank Timko and Micro Mark sell pullers that would work.
