My opinion is that they would be done with the B&O Capitol Limited since that will have the Budd dome car and the Budd 16 and 4 sleepers. It is important to do the Budd car extrusions at the same time. Plus it would help accelerate the Capitol Limited in the list of projects.
Trust me, this is imperative for you to do if you want to see the Budd Slumbercoach made again.
