Build Tmcc - Santa Fe# 3751 + Dining Car #1464 it is not creating

Hi, Guys !

Yesterday arrived my Dining Car #1464 with TMCC so I wanted to create a build train with my #3751 + #1464 !

I did each steps and in CAB#2 I received the message " Train Created" but #3751 it not accepted the commands to start !

Is possible to create build trains with TMCC?

Am I make anything of wrong?

* My CAB#2 is in version 1.70 and base 1.60
