Thanks for the positive feedback guys.

Santiago - below is a closeup of one of a windows showing the thermopane window gasket effect. The gasket in nominally inset from the outer surface of the car body by .016" - the thickness of the car side. The glazing is further inset .020" - the thickness of the Bristol board and solder.  Fortunately on the railroad I can't see the small imperfections I can see the closeup photo.  One of the things I spotted in an earlier photo is that I need to dial down the LED lighting - I think it is too bright.   The lighting circuit board is mounted in the baggage room using double sided foam tape.  To dim the LEDS I'll remove the roof and turn up the potentiometer.  For future builds I'll give  some additional consideration about where and how to mount the LED driver boards.  Perhaps on some cars the board could be mounted upside down in a bathroom where the pot could be turned by a screwdriver through a small hole in the car floor.

Winston - my source for PRR car interiors was the  long out of print Pennsylvania Railroad Passenger and Freight Car diagrams book by Robert J Wayner.  It has a very large number of floor plans copied from PRR documents.   This web site contains similar diagrams and many more: http://prr.railfan.net/diagrams/

Thanks Ed! That's exactly what I needed. Even closeup, your work is incredible.
