The cat is not quite out of the bag on this product. Ultimately our building fronts will be offered as kits or built up as shown here.
Each of the four building front pieces are individually laser scored and cut.They can be mixed/matched and moved around as you see fit. Fabian is on the computer as I write- adding door options to all of the front facade pieces. New door and window options are also being created.
We also have a 9" x 12" front that is not pictured in the three sets that are shown.
Note the three different glazing styles. The opaque glazing is in various colors and will not pass light. The translucent glazing is actually a paper product that will give a nice glow if back-lit. The clear glazing speaks for itself.
We can make up a set for you that meets your overall length requirements and has a mix of the sizes that you would like (4"x6", 4" x 8", 6"x9" and/or 9"x12"). The fronts are ultimately designed to allow the builders to put the door(s) anywhere they want, or not have doors at all. If we are doing the painting, we would like to stick to our basic selection of five different cast stone and five different brick colors.
If you have a scratch builder or three on you layout team, we should talk in more detail about what is coming in the months ahead. We are looking for a product tester or two.........
