Butter Dish Milk Car questions

So I was fortunate enough to pick up an Overland butter dish car in Chicago this past weekend. Mine has full fins. I have seen a few pictures of these online but only 1 real one that is at the Illinois Railway Museum that has end fins only.

Were there era differences between the no fin, end fin, and full fin versions? Same with colors...white, red/orange, aluminum, etc? Any particular color for the white or red/orange color etc?

The biggest question does anyone have a source for the decals?

@jdunn told me I was heading to the dark side with milk cars...I am beginning to believe it!
