For you kit builders, I just got my new River Leaf local theater kit. This is a model of the TELENEWS Theater that was in San Francisco on Market St. It started as a news reel theater during the World War Two. The stock kit comes as the "Gary Theater" but Andre can make it in any name you want. This is my third kit from River Leaf. They are lots of fun to modify and super easy to build. Just paint, assemble and light. For you first time kit builders, this is a good one to try. The footprint is small so it should fit on almost any layout.
