Reply to "Cab-1L Remote batteries die between shows"

Both of our remotes are now having problems - new batteries were installed and were dead after several months with white deposits on several contacts. These were good brand batteries so that indicates to me that a current draw caused the batteries to go dead. Has anyone had this problem??
