You will need to get an SER2 connected via a pdi cable to base3 and configure it like a first LCS device then you will connect the cab1 base via the y cable to the SER2 and you will no longer use the cab2 base. There will be some other configuration for sure but since we do not have the base3 or cab3 app cannot confirm all the steps.
