This caboose used to sit in Hawley, PA, at one end of the Stourbridge Line (April, 2019). Recently, when I passed through Hawley, it wasn’t there

Not sure if you’d consider Scranton, PA a “small town”, but, if so, this was at Steamtown a couple of years ago.
