Can a Lionel 92 be used in Lieu of Lionel 91?

Folks,

Building the D-225 Display Layout, which requires 3 of the Lionel No. 91 circuit breakers. They seem to be impossible to find (I need 3). Can a No. 92 be used instead? Or, any ideas on what else could be used as a substitution?
