Can a Suethe smoke unit be cleaned?

I've got a Williams 4-6-0 that doesn't smoke as well as it did when it was new, but it still smokes. As the title states, is there a way to clean it to return it to it's "new" smoke output? The engine is probably 3 or 4 years old now, is run quite a bit, and have used both Williams fluid and Jt's in it.
