Can anyone identify this board.

Trying to test to see if it is good. Specifically has a receiver board and a F3B board which I think is sound. Has two gray wires could these be program/ run if so which goes to middle wire. Has 3 wires red, black and purple. Where do these go? Two wires are connected to speaker and two wires go to 9v battery. No connections for lights or couplers. Any help would be appreciated. I think it may be a Lionel board ( for B unit)?
