A great reference for installation, usage, and troubleshooting is the DCS Companion 3rd Edition by the late Barry Broskowitz.  $31.85 on Amazon.  Be sure to get the 3rd edition.  The first and second editions are usable, but IMO are only worth it if obtained at a deep discount.  (Right now, the 2nd edition is for sale on Amazon for 23 cents less than the 3rd edition, so you need to be careful.)

Probably a better bet is the DCS WiFi Companion 2nd Edition Rev. 3-18.  Barry told me that it had all the important stuff from the DCS Companion and that the DCS Companion was not going to get updated, any updates would be in the DCS WiFi Companion.  Since it was released a year later, it's the most current document we will get.

Finding hardware can be challenging.  While many of us like the dedicated remotes, finding parts and repairs will be tough in the future.

I picked up a bunch of repair parts for both the TIU's and the DCS remotes, I plan on riding them to my grave.
