I run my two MTH F'3's with the handheld remote commander. My layout is legacy so it was a cheap easy way to run MtH without spending 500$+ on MTH system. It needs to be reset almost every time I start up the layout because one falls out of sync. Simple and it resets BOTH engines so they operate correctly.
