Scalecraft Baggage car - 17/64 scale. Lobaugh Pullman trucks. Paint, decals, and shield added by a modeler. The car itself has some value; the paint, decals, and shield do not. The trucks are among the best, but a pair is on eBay right now for under ten bucks, and remains bidless. New wheels alone cost double that.
