C&NW & CB&Q TENDER DECAL DIMENSIONS

Need help with the correct tender decal dimensions for the conversion of a MTH premier 4-6-2 to C&NW.

Also need the same dimensions for conversion of a MTH premier 4-8-2 light to CB&Q.

I am having a problem locating both sets of decals.
