Candy Factory

I am trying to figure out what all businesses to put on my layout to give me some switching and wanted to have something a bit different that not alot of people have on their layouts. I thought about a candy factory as I'm from PA and about 2 hours from me is the Hershey's Chocolate factory. I now need to figure out a plan for the building and tracks it will need. Has anyone else modeled a candy factory? If anyone has pics or ideas to help me along I'm open to it.
