Reply to "Carlisle and Finch Mining train circa 1908"

Ok, I hardly care about the little VA steeple cab anymore. Mine trains RULE! 💪

This concept is something I would like to see done today. It might even get me pick up a remote control. The thing oozes all day play value.

I haven't even watched it on the video yet 😁

OK, this calls for FRESH coffee and a Poptart, kicking my feet up, enjoying and dwelling on all of this* some....

...*I'm recalling the elevator and downhill spiral gravity layouts you posted about a few years back. I thought a lot about how I might somehow manage a smaller dia copy without a huge grade increase,  and a low slung "mining" loco would work I think.

You post the most interesting things Carey, such great taste and sharing nature makes me feel lucky every time I spot a title and think "I bet that's Carey".  And it's great I'm usually right about it too

Wonka seems to have nothing on you, let me know when your Golden Tickets are in distribution.

Do you collect paperclips too? Your makeshift coupler ends always seem so odd and vary a lot. A never-ending search for the perfect hacks maybe?
