Why not? The Camelbacks from last year had it and these can't be any smaller.

I didn't realize these were any smaller than the Legacy Camelbacks from last year or even the ten wheelers from the year before which both have whistle steam and work very well. I guess I get the 0-4-0 maybe being too small but the 0-6-0 Legacy at that price should have whistle steam. Just figured it was a cost cutting measure even after price increases.
